EVENT TYPES

  • Photoshoot Event:

    • A photoshoot-event is defined as a group of (9) or more persons, gathered exclusively for the purpose of a photoshoot.

      • Example: A group of photographers hosting a content day with models.

      • Event insurance is not required for this booking type.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations:

    • You may modify your reservation from the original conformation email or through your account, under the "My Bookings" tab.

      • You may cancel your event booking as follows:​

      • Prior to 120 days - full refund (excluding transaction fees)

      • 61-120 days before start of event - 50% refund (contact us)

      • 0-60 days before start of event - no refund

      • Security deposits will be refunded for all cancellations

  • Rescheduling:​​​

    • ​You may reschedule your event booking up to 24 hours before the reserved start date and time, at no additional cost.

    • Please note that security deposits will not be refunded for rescheduled reservations until after the reservation has been completed and assessed for refund eligibility.

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

  • A $500 refundable deposit will be issued after booking your event reservation.

  • Events are for 1-30 persons (Contact us for larger accommodations).

  • A minimum of 14 days' is required to book an event.

  • Review our terms and conditions for more info on event policies.

  • Our dedicated staff will be on-site to offer any assistance and ensure your event goes smoothly.

  • This service does not include a photographer.

  • When booking your session, please account for setup and cleanup times.
